Associate Project Manager / Implementation Specialist (Remote NY, NC, NJ, PA)

At ATIV Software, we provide tools for medical and scientific meetings to connect brilliant minds so they can drive breakthrough discoveries. As the primary contact for our clients, which are not-for-profit organizations, you will provide exceptional customer experiences and act as a liaison between clients and our Development Team. You will ensure success for thousands of conference attendees by guiding clients through the process of creating the platforms they need.

Responsibilities

In this remote position, your tasks will include:

  • Organizing and managing implementations, serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and interpreting clients’ challenges and objectives, consistently advocating for their best interests.
  • Communicating effectively between clients and the project team, ensuring clear understanding of needs and expectations.
  • Building client relationship and driving client retention by showcasing relevant new features, anticipating future requirements, and maintaining regular communication.
  • Assisting in QA testing to ensure the highest quality and helping clients shine.
  • Maintaining meticulous account records to guarantee data accuracy.
  • Cultivating strong client relationships to support marketing in highlighting success stories.
  • Acting as a liaison between clients and development, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Participating in various strategic projects, including system improvements, retention campaigns, and collaborative efforts with Marketing.
